Unsettled Start to New Decade which holds Great Promise-Jyotish News January 2020

The first section of this post is Planetary News January 2020 from a jyotishi who I consider maintains a steady attunement to the Vedic core of Jyotish, and who is far removed from speculation.

The second section is some interesting news from Maharishi Jyotish which promises interesting times for the next 3 years.

Section 1: Unsettled Start to New Decade

2019 ended with a bang, and the start of 2020 remains uneasy with a lunar eclipse, Saturn Sun, Jupiter ketu conjunction. Do not despair, the planets release their pressure on us and we will see the end of January as much more positive and supportive.

Shaky Start to a Very Positive 2020

Will be a great Year. However, the year starts with unsettled energy of Jupiter Ketu, Sun Saturn and other difficult conjunctions and a dramatic lunar eclipse.

Then we start experiencing the positive. All Five Mahapurusha Yoga is experienced by transit which is created by Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and Saturn. All signs will have good news. All Year Saturn in dignity, most of the year Jupiter in dignity, Mars gets three positives, Long Mercury in Gemini and Venus in Taurus.

Lengthy and positive Vargottamma for Saturn and Jupiter. Vargottamma is when planets are in the same sign and Navamsha.

Saturn into Capricorn – Major Shift of Consciousness

23-24 January 2020 to 28 April 2022 

12 July 2022 to 17 January 2023

When Saturn changes signs, it is a significant event, and shift in life and it can relieve us of pressures or bring new ones. It all depends on each chart.

The good news is that Saturn is in dignity and its own sign. This will help all if we take Saturn nature in mind – he is kind to those who are being patient, doing good deeds, trying to pay off old karma, working hard, respecting elderly and poor. This is a time to set goals, work hard and you will get results.

– Transit Sasha mahapurusha yoga for Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. They will get extra opportunities. Aries – professionally.

– Capricorn – overall positive, however, if Moon is placed here, it can be challenging.

Section 2: Interesting news from Maharishi Jyotish on a new natural law based understanding of the evolution and prediction of nations and continents.

A recent course in USA on Maharishi Jyotish was blessed to receive a phone call from Raja Luis, considered one of the foremost exponents of Maharishi Jyotish in The Global Country of World Peace. He stated that Maharishi when he was with us had unfolded a new level of knowledge based on the Surya Siddhant which enables Maharishi jyotishis to have a natural law based understanding of the nature and evolutions of nations and continents, which up until now was only based on man induced dates such as a country’s independence, signing of the constitution, etc.

This natural law based approach divides the earth into a grid, designated by a divisional formula cognised by Maharishi, wherein each grid sector receives particular influences of the planets, and which has the same nature of individual dasas (time periods) which can track how the destiny of the nation unfolds. As such, positive or negative time frames can be identified and addressed appropriately by Yagya to mitigate unfortunate tendencies or to enhance positive opportunities.

This new system has been tested for time frames over the last few hundred years to test its validity, and the most interesting unfoldment has been an analysis of the next 3 years starting 2020. There is a planetary configuration which will prevail over this time which has not been seen for over 500 years and the most pervasive interim conclusion is that while specifics have not yet been worked out, it has been deemed to be of an exceptionally positive nature. In my opinion, for the current status quo, which could be perceived as inequitable in almost every area of human endeavour, to transform into life on earth in tune with natural law, would be tumultuous, to say the least. Certainly evidence of this transformation will be evident during this time, but the outcome at the end of this period will be of most interest.

This new phase of knowledge has garnered a great deal of interest and further details will be forthcoming in future newsletters. Pay close attention to world events as indicators of how this positivity unfolds, bearing in mind that surface events often mask underlying progress to greater attunement with natural law.
